Both of my parents were involved in the commercial real estate industry. My father was a successful broker who started out working for a major firm but decided to branch out and own his own business. My mother helped him with the books, answering the phone, and doing all of the "behind the scenes" work.
 It was my father who encouraged me to go into the residential real estate field. Ten years later I am thriving and love every minute of it! Currently ranked within the top 2% of real estate agents nationwide, I have also received the distinguished honor of ranking within the Top 50 REALTORS® in the entire nation and have been featured in numerous publications for my outstanding work.
I began my career as “Rookie of the Year” in 2000. I was awarded the prestigious Presidents Circle from 2001-2003, and in 2004 I joined the superb company of the Presidents Elite which is only given to the top 2% of agents nationwide. I am a member of two real estate boards - La Jolla and Pacific Beach - and I have sold real estate from the Coronado area all the way up to Oceanside - and everywhere in between!
I have completed several commercial real estate transactions, as well. I have never failed to achieve the highest quality of business ethics throughout my career.
We are currently in what has been described as a “tough market.” But through my years of personal experience, proven negotiation skills and well-established reputation among both my colleagues and the community at large, I maintain a solid tract record as the preferred real estate professional for discriminating home buyers and sellers throughout San Diego County.
I have a unique relationship with my clients - one that is open and honest. I am always available to them, and most have my home phone number so that they can call me at night if they wish. I treat each client as though they were a member of my family.
 I am driven to achieve goals that I set out for myself on a daily basis. I never stop thinking about how to do things better, how to update people, and how to make them the most money in a great market or a down market.
A good portion of my clients have been referred to me by other clients. I take this as possibly the highest compliment ever.
The most important part of my life are my three beautiful children, who I have raised while doing real estate! Anyone who knows me will tell you that I have gone on listing and showing appointments with short notice, and basically have never stopped working since I had my first son, Johnny, six years ago. I remember holding an open house on Sunday and giving birth to Johnny on Monday. I remember delivering Paige on a Sunday morning and then calling a client about an offer that had come through the fax while I was delivering. Mothering is the most important job and it is nice to know that you can have your children at home while you are working. In my spare time I like to visit my parents, go to children’s parties, volunteer at all three of my children’s schools, and give back to the community that has so freely given to me.
